Dear officer, My application no is ######### and my passport no is PC753144. May I know why my renewal application is still stuck at 0% although my institution has said that it has submitted all my documents and my payment proof as well?

We are yet to receive the proof of payment from your Institution. Kindly request your Institution to upload the proof of payment in order for us to resume the application process.
