Dear EMGS, Currently I have a Dependent Visa which expires on Dec. Will my Student pass be issued if i keep staying in Malaysia?

  Hi Ahmed Abdulla,
  
  Kindly be informed that if your applying program level degree and above, you may remain in Malaysia and apply as a new application. However, the approval solely depends on the Immigration Department.
