Dear EMGS officer.
My name is Yusuff Toyeeb with passport number B01490527, I made an application on 02/07/23 and the applicantion number is E######### but it was rejected by my institution because my certificates is not well scan but now I have it well scanned but can’t add it anymore to my application myself and my institution also says they can’t add it on my behalf because immediately they reject and asked me to scan my certificates again my application has become inactive and cancel with them but the application is still showing pending for the status in my portal and whenever I try to start a new one it’s not allowing me to start a new just because of the one rejected is still showing pending, please can you cancel the application for me please so I can be able to start a new visa application
