  Please be informed that the first step is to get an offer letter for the chosen course from the institution. Once you receive an offer letter, you may either opt to submit a visa application to us on your own or via your institution. Go to the EMGS website by clicking the link below:
  https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/ to apply the application via the website.
