Dear EMGS officer,
My institution said they are waiting for the letter and then to do the self-endorsement and submit my passport to immigration. I am waiting for 3 months. I am in a trance because of the student visa renewal. Could you please help me? My name is Ruan Xiao, and passport number is EJ3501832, from Segi University.

  We are currently in the midst of preparing the supporting letter for the student pass endorsement process. We will notify the Institution once the supporting letter is ready for download.
