Dear Officer,
My passport number is EG0672053.
I have an active application pass in Taylor University,But I did not join there due to COVID . Now I have applied for another university but my active pass is not getting cancelled due to which my current application is struggling.
I have mailed the ” Taylor University” multiple times but haven’t received any response from them.
Can I be advised what to do now ?
Please?

  bro, you can mention the person in charge and their email from Taylors university and report them to emgs if they are not cooperating . Write to tylors uni and cc emgs as evidence of being non cooperative

  As per checking, your previous VAL was approved by the Immigration Department. Therefore, your Institution is required to apply for the VAL cancellation application in the EMGS system in order for us to resume your current application process. As such, kindly liaise with your Institution for further assistance on this matter.
