Hello officers , with the valid student pass can I travel to Sabah? Because it is written in the student pass saying that the holder is permitted to enter and remain in West Malaysia but Sabah is not mentioned

In the event, that the student pass is issued for you stating permitted to enter and remain in West Malaysia, you are required to liaise with the Immigration Department for further assistance to enter Sabah.
