Dear EMGS representative,
I have a problem regarding my preentry checklist on the app,and I have sent you an e-mail with this incident, When I was filling my checklist I uploaded my electronic single entry visa and then I logged out of the app,then when I logged in again and pressed the pre entey checklish tap….it shows me white page with my picture and tells me that your preentry checklist was cancelled.please can you solve this application bug because I won’t be able to fill in my checklist if it remained like this.Thank you for your help and effort in advance.
