Dear GMGS officer,
I am an applicant at SEGI University, My passport number is EA1861691. And I eagerly look forward to starting my academic journey there. It has been some time since I submitted my visa application,and my application progress was 95% on June 1st. Until now, and I haven’t received the original passport yet. In order to better plan my trip and make necessary arrangements, I kindly request your assistance in obtaining my original passport as soon as possible.

I know your team handles a large number of visa applications, and the busy workload may lead to delays. However, I sincerely hope to receive my original passport as soon as possible. In order to arrange accommodation, book flights, and complete other necessary preparations in a timely manner.

Sincerely request that you understand my situation and issue my passport in a timely manner.
