Hi Ahmed Talaat,
Your application is pending additional documents from the Institution which required to process your application. We have sent the notification pertaining to the required documents to the Institution. However, the student only can track the application using the new passport number once the amendment process is completed by the Immigration Department. As such, kindly contact the Institution for further assistance on your application process.

Can you tell me the documents that you lack so that I can expedite my university to send them to you?
As I understood from your case, what’s missing is that the university is the one who should notify emgs about the change of passport and send a copy of the new one and ask for eval edit.
So keep contact with your university about this and if they say they already sent then ask for the case number to follow up with emgs using this number.
