Dear EMGS Officer
Greetings!
I am Mohammed Aasfi Patel having passport number U0692872. According to the EMGS app, my visa application was submitted to emigration department on 17/04/2023 for eVal approval. Since then my status is 35% green. It’s been more than a month now (>14 working days). Is there any chance I can communicate with the emigration department? Please update. Thank you.

  We understand your concern. However, the application is still pending with the Immigration Department for VAL approval. We understand that the process has taken longer timeframe than usual. We will look into this matter.
