Hello EMGS officer!
There is a problem regarding the picture for VAL. When I checked it in the online photo checker available on EMGS website it says that picture verified successfully and download it to submit.
Later when I download the exact picture and check it, system says
Picture has shiny spots, skin tone not clear.
I simple downloaded the picture which was already verified. What to do in this case???

  You can submit the photo with your application, and we will manually verify whether it meets the EMGS requirements or not.
