Hello, dear emgs.
I have submitted the passport for applying my student visa via UCSI visa centre in 5 April. Up to today, my application status is in process with immigration. But I have booked a next Monday flight back to China, so I aim to confirm the date the process finish and when will take the password back. So I can confirm whether I should postpone my trip. Looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. Thank you.

  Hi Ding,
  
  Your passport was submitted to the Immigration Department on the 25th of April. The student pass endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
