Hello Officer,
My name is Stephanie Saavedra. Passport number P1281756C from Philippines . One of the officer told me that my application for the visa endorsement is already close. So, to open back my application I need to go back to Philipines and wait again? I already renewed my special pass which is expiring on June 5.

  Kindly take note your application was closed due to the non-submission of your passport for a stipulated time frame. The Institution may submit the passport with a valid pass for the student pass endorsement process. However, the approval to issue the student pass is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Kindly liaise with your Institution for further clarification on the passport submission.
