Good morning, emgs, could you help me check the situation. When will it reach 100? My passport number is eh5351800. I have been staying at 97% for many days. I consulted our IO. They said that I needed to pay a fee of 68rm, and I also paid it as required.

  We are yet to receive the proof of payment for the additional payment requested from the Institution. As such, kindly liaise with your Institution for the submission of additional payment to EMGS.
