Hello my university have given a new document about my payment but my percentage haven’t gone up it is still stuck on the 7%
It will change give it some time
it’s been 2 weeks im just worried my payment isn’t on their system

If the institute submitted the proof of payment to us, kindly request the case number. Once you have the case number, you can provide it to us and we will check the status of the case accordingly.
