my name is Zhong ShengYong，my passport number is EA9051163.my passport was In Progress with Immigration from 05/04/2023,i would like to know when my progress will reach 97%?Can you help me expedite the process? Because I have already bought a plane ticket to return home. thank you very much

  Based on our records, the student pass was issued by the Immigration Department. Rest assured, we will notify the Institution once the passport is ready for collection.
