It’s has been more than 10 days please EMGS officer can you please tell what document you specifically ask and university didn’t uploaded or it’s being delayed by emgs.
Did u tell this matter to ur university international office? They will help you for sure? Maybe it problems with ur matrix transcript or degree transcript

As per the notification, we have requested the Institution to submit the justification letter regarding the applicant’s academic equivalency. However, we are yet to receive the document from the Institution. As such, kindly liaise with the Institution for further assistance on this matter.
