Good morning, EMGS officer.
My name is Ahnsanghyun (M12141037). And I’m Taylor’s University student. My semester started on April 3rd. But my percentage remains at 32%. I have to get a visa as soon as possible and go abroad. Because the longer I stay in Korea, the more complicated my work becomes because the Ministry of National Defense treats me as a person who delays the military without reason. The school said that if I can get a visa by April 10th, I can take the March semester. If I get a visa later than that date, I have to enter the August semester, which will bring penalties and pressure to me from the Ministry of National Defense of the Republic of Korea. Please help me so that I can get a visa as soon as possible. If I don’t get a visa by April 10, I will be able to go to school in 2025. please help me.

  We undestand your concern. However, your documents was submitted to the Immigration Department for the VAL approval on 05th April 2023. Kindly take note that there is no stipulated time frame for the VAL approval and the approval is solely at the discretion of Immigration Department.
