According to EMGS website, the percentage 95% means the student pass is issued. So, what are the remaining steps ? How long will it take to be ready for collection?

Once the student pass has been issued, the passport will be returned to EMGS. The status of the application will be updated once the passport is ready for collection. Kindly note that there is no specific timeframe required to complete this process.
