Hi Waleed Ahmad,
As per checking, we received your passport on 21st March 2023 and currently, your passport is in progress with the Immigration Department for the issuance of the student pass. However, the student pass endorsement process will take approximately 14 working days from the date we received the passport at EMGS. You may request the Institution to submit the supporting documents pertaining to their urgency to us in order for us to assist with the application.
In the event, that you wish to withdraw this application and request a refund, you are required to liaise with the Institution for the cancellation of the current application. kindly note that the refund is only applicable for the unutilized fees. If the refund is related to the Institution fee, you may refer to the Institution for further assistance on this.
