You are required to proceed to the Malaysian Embassy in your home country and apply for the SEV upon receipt of the eVAL. You may also self-apply SEV using the eVISA facility provided via https://www.windowmalaysia.my. We recommend you to contact the Malaysian Embassy for further assistance on this matter.

I am from Nigeria and I have received my SEV. You are to get all the required documents ready before applying online. The documents required depend on the degree you are going for.
