Hello, my first application was canceled and despite creating a ticket (via email, like 4/5months ago) about a refund, I still haven’t heard back from EMGS. Anyone ever faced a similar situation ?

Kindly take note that there is no stipulated time frame for the refund approval and the approval is solely at the discretion of the EMGS officer. However, kindly contact us in order for us to assist you with the update on your refund application.
