hello emgs, I have an inquiry, I had a new application and it was in the process by the time that the percentage reached to 30 emgs couldn’t process my application to the immigration department and eventually what came out was I’ve been blacklisted and now my application has been closed the matter is there is a refund, should I contact the emgs or the institution that I applied from, I made the emgs application through the institution.

  Try contacting both, and check refund info and amount on emgs website

  We highly recommend you refer to the link https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/legal/refund-policy.html for the refund policy in order to confirm whether your application is applicable for a refund or not. However, if you choose the payment method as telegraphic transfer or credit card you may email us for the refund request. In the event, that you choose the payment method as pay through Institution, you may refer to the Institution for the refund request.
