We only received the passport on the 20th of March. We will review the submission and upon approval, the passport will be submitted to the Immigration Department.
Also, the app shows 80% with green color, meaning that no issue should occur.
If it’s 80% and no VAL provide, know that it’s a problem. Try to Email them more and more. I had the same case but already solved by email EMGS
