Good morning, EMGS, my passport number is EJ3093367. I have applied for renewal for more than two months, and I have submitted my passport for more than a month. Why hasn’t it changed? It’s still 90%. My old visa expired on March 20. Can you please help me quickly?

  Please note that your institute will be obtaining the student pass directly from the Immigration Department in Penang. As such, we advise that you follow-up with the institute directly for further assistance.
