I’m from Republic of Chad. I have my Eval and uni offer letter. My flight is on 17th March. And my country isn’t required an SEV. Although I applied for an Evisa but it’s been half a month and I didn’t get it yet. Is it okay if i travel without the Evisa if i don’t get it in time? Just with the Eval? Because l’m not requested to bring SEV?
Please if anyone knows answer because I don’t want to be returned from the airport.

  If you are from a country that does not require the SEV you can proceed to arrange for your travel to Malaysia after obtaining the EVAL. You may liaise with your Institution pertaining to the travel arrangement.

      You actually need evisa check the evisa FAQ you’ll see countries that need evisa for students
