If I am outside Malaysia now and I have been in Malaysia for one year but now last semester , and I want to do viva online next semester , so should I apply for renew visa even I am in my country ?

As per requirement, the student must have a valid student pass throughout the study period. You are required to refer to the Institution pertaining to the study via online as they are in the best position to advice about it.
