Hi, I need help with my dependent application with EMGS. I am in Malayasia since end of October 2022 and opened my local bank account with RSB bank in Malayasia on November 2022 and my account is only two months old and it is active. But EMGS is asking me to submit three (3) months bank statements now what should I do now ? Currently my dependent is on 90 days social pass and will expire in a month. Thanks

  Hi Kahn Ahmed,
  
  As per requirement, the dependant must submit a bank statement and must be within
  three months from the date of issuance. However, kindly submit the bank statement along with the letter from the bank pertaining to the date open the bank account. The final decision is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
