What about calling the Malaysian embassy in Chad? Try doing so, hope they help.
Unfortunately they have no embassy nor a representative in Chad.
Are you sure? Google showing me location and numbers.
Try this number in Malaysia but call in working hours 03-8000-8000
I asked the locals they all said Malaysia has no embassy on Chadian soil also google isnt showing me that please if you have time send me the location on my WhatsApp (+#########446) ill make sure to visit it.
