Congratulations, That’s really relief because also me waiting my eval to be issued. The EMGS submitted my documents to the immigration department on Monday.
Congratulations on the approval of your application. The eVAL can be downloaded on your PC via the EMGS application tracker: https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchForm/
You are required to key-in your Passport number and select your nationality in order to retrieve your application record.
