No. Go ahead once u got ur EVAL olus ur E-visa then go ahead no need to be reached 100. Infact this will be after u touchdown Malaysia and submit your passport
EVal and e-visa are the same thing right? Mine is stuck at 35% what do I do?
U just habe to wait… Mine changed fron 32 to 35 to 70 in jist 8 days
Noooo. EVAL stand for”Electronic Visa Approval Letter”.
Once u receive it u will be eligible to apply for E-visa for student or regular visa which will permits u to entry Malaysia save and sound

Hi Zai,
You may travel to Malaysia once obtain the Visa Approval Letter (VAL). If you are from visa-required countries you are required to proceed to the Malaysian Embassy and apply for a Single Entry Visa (SEV) prior to entering to Malaysia.
