The required accommodation declaration has been sent by the university. But still the application still pending on 35per cent.

I am currently in Malaysia, is it possible to complete all the eVAL procedures while I am in Malaysia?

  May I ask how u come to Malaysia without eVAL?

      In order to get Student Visa, you need to be outside of Malaysia. You cannot change tourist visa to student while visiting Malaysia

  Kindly be informed that we will resume the application process once review the documents received from the Institution.
  
  The student is not allowed to be in Malaysia with a tourist visa while the visa application is in process. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
