I think you can obtain SEV from Malaysian Embassy, next step.
For this , i have to register for an online appointment or just visit Malaysian embassy.
Alam Sahib, Malaysia has three diplomatic representatives, for South India a consulate in Chennai, for west india a conculate in Mumbai and the Embassy in New Delhi.
So, look into your eVAL application, which diplomatic mission was assigned at the time of applying?
As you are from UP, so I think you must go to Delhi with printed eVAL and other requested documents physically.

Make sure u do the payment thru a VISA creditcard not mastercard.. it didn’t work for me.. i tried many banks then AXIS BANK credit card worked

They will email you within a week.. print it that’s it.. no need to go to any embassy
