Dear EMGS，My gender is shown as male in the digital ID, but I am a woman. How do I modify it?

  You just reverify. Hope it will be fixed. I fixed mine like this. Or just simply uninstall and install it back

  Kindly clear the app cache, uninstall and reinstall the app. Make sure that you are using the latest version 4.3.3 on iOS and 4.2.0 on Android.
