Dear EMGS ,
I would like to cancel the refund request and then reopen my application in order to apply for the VAL.
I have emailed many times to EMGS, and still waiting for your reply. Note, my flight date on 5th May and I could not complete the pre-Entry checklist.

  Kindly be informed that we have closed the application and processed the refund request. As such, we are unable to resume the application process. Kindly submit a new VAL application in order to process it accordingly.
