EMGS,
I have just gotttem an email from VISA admin UTM, and given an access to download document from web ‘student application registration student (STARS)’ but unfortunately I am not yet an access (user and password) to login on the application of STARS, could you help me how to get an access to STARS application;

Hi,
STARS is a portal for the Institution to access the student details as such the student is unable to have the login details. You can track your application via the application tracker either on our website: https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchForm/ OR Via the EMGS mobile app by clicking profile and selecting application status. You are required to key in your passport number and select your nationality in order to retrieve your application record.
