If it’s 70% and it says that you received your eVAL than you can travel to Malaysia now and it will be 100% once you get the student visa after you pass your medical screening.

If you arrived in Malaysia and did the medical screening or check-up test, the percentage of progress would increase to eighty percent since EMGS needs to wait for ur passport to paste your student pass sticker and release.the i-Kad. So you need to hand in ur passport ASAP since the immigration center normally would give ur month limitation for complete, and u can see it in ur passport inform..

Just as @mona_6 has said, the status will change to 100% once you have received the student pass. This process will be completed upon your arrival in Malaysia.
