At this stage your application and documents will check and if everything goes right then with in a week you get EMGS letter at 35% and after that your application will send to immigration Department for Visa approval letter issue to student

From now onwards it can take 3 to 4 weeks to get Val but if EMGS or Immigration Department require any additional document to process your application then it can take little bit more longer then 4 weeks… i can say this because my passport expiry was less then 18 months and i send them new passport and they took almost 14 working days only to update my passport.
You can because at 35% you will get EMGS letter and with the help of this letter u can study online and your institute will also encourage you to pay fee for your enrollment to start your classes online.
