On October 7 2021, I just applied for a student visa. after I filled out the form, then I checked my application status was at 5%, and 5 hours later when I wanted to pay via Telegraphic Transfer, I couldn’t check my application status, it says “No record found”.

I go to My Account>View Application/Upload TT and it says that “Order has been canceled by system. Please reapply.”

when I re-apply, fill out forms, upload documents, etc. It says “An application E701060### with travel document number #C7812*** was submitted at 2021-10-06 17:20:31”.

Can anyone help me? because I need the EMGS Approval Letter ASAP. Thank you

  Try emailing or calling EMGS asap. Emailing is more likely to get a response. Make sure to attach screenshots
