Hi EMGS. I have applied for my travel pass via EMGS several weeks ago and the process has been stuck at 50% for weeks. Due to this I have had to change my flight dates as well. My new flight date is a week from today and I still have not received my travel approval. I have sent an email to EMGS as well and the case number from the automated email is 1461845. My application number is TE#########. I’m writing here in hopes of receiving a reply as soon as possible because without the my travel pass, I am unable to apply for home quarantine.
Hope to receive a reply.

  You should not buy flight ticket before the approval bcoz it is to risky since the approval could take unexpected amounts of time
