Greetings officer,
my passport is #########, my visa renewal application at 0% since the last two weeks, in the process description says that the progress will start when I upon submitting my documents and visa renewal fees, in which I already submitted to my university last month, please help me with situation.

  Please note that we are unable to view your passport number. Hence, we are unable to check on your application status. However, referring to the mentioned application percentage, kindly check with your institution if they have submitted your documents and payment. You can also email us at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my providing your passport number in order for us to check on your application status.
