Hello EMGS,
I would like to know that one of my friend is from Japan and she had applied for visa as a new student few months ago. She was a student before and successfully completed her english program and went back to her country in january and very next month she applied for degree prohram And now she is already a student in 1 of the uni and enrolled in 1st semester. However her visa status has been stuck at 32% with emgs long time ago. May I know if she has any chance to get visa in case?

  Please note that 32% indicates that the documents are ready to be submitted to the Immigration Department. At present, the Immigration Department is not issuing any VAL for students who are out of Malaysia as entry for new students is on hold. Your friend will be able to study from her home country once she has downloaded her EMGS approval letter.
