Hello emgs,
I sent email to you but you haven’t answered yet. I have problem, I have sent my documents for variation Visa on 10 October but I can’t see this process in emgs app. Emgs doesn’t accept my registration and it is ignoraning me. I sent to you my passport number to check it.

  I am not sure which one is correct but they sent me 1176954 or 1176956
