Hello, I am to be done with my studies by the end of november and my student visa will be expiring on the 7th of november. I have a flight back to my country in december. However, with the current situation EMCO, I will not be able to apply for a special pass or even an extension, as well as even cancel my student visa when I am done. Your advice will be highly apperciated on this matter. Thank you.

  If the date of completion is beyond the visa validity, you are required to liaise with your institution directly. The institution will have to apply for a special pass checkout memo. The approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
