I was told by my school to get a letter from SGS because my transcript and certificates not yet ready, which I did.
I submitted the application.. At 15%,emgs is asking for transcripts which is yet to be made available to me.
SGS is closed because of the covid19.
I will like you to continue with the process please and my student pass expired 6th of October.
Lectures stared too.
Not impressed at this stage. My school asked for sgs letter to proved I have finished my master degree from the same university, universit putra Malaysia, which I did and submitted. Emgs is asking for another thing after application submission and I can not get this because of the covid19 problem for the now. SGS only told me to come to office when office is open, now closed.

I am struck with the registration process because I have not yet received my academic progression approval. I stated lectures on Tuesday.
Please help me. School is closed. Online classes only.

  We can only resume the processing of your application upon receipt of the additional documents. Kindly liaise with your institution and request that they submit the documents at their earliest convenience.
