Hello Sir/Madam,
My passport number is BN0785599. The EMGS app is showing that my processing is 80% and asking for my passport to be submitted. But I have submitted the passport to the institution and the institution says that they have already submitted thr passport to the EMGS.

  We received the passport yesterday (19/10). We will proceed to submit the passport to the Immigration Department once the vetting of your documents has been completed.

  @sunnygrewal44 Kindly provide us the source where it is stated that the Immigration Department is not processing renewal applications.
