Hello Emgs
I’m a student at UPM. My husband has dependent visa and now he will start studying at USM for the comming semester. His dependent visa will expire after about 2 months. Should he renew his visa from UPM or going directly to apply from USM. He already applied for e-val but it stucks on 32%.

  Since he already has a VAL application with USM, he is no longer eligible to renew the Dependent Pass. As such, he is required to liaise with USM for any issues with regard to his application.
