OK so I totally understand your frustrated by all this, and your not the only one. But please try to understand there is certain formal way of work. The immigration will decide whether and when new students are allowed and emgs has nothing to do with it. So as u keep asking when is point less cz even if emgs knows when they are still entitled to not tell without a proper announcement from immigration. Therefore is pointless of asking again n again n again. If u think from emgs point of view ” if new students are allowed and they are allowed to announce it they wouldnt just seat there simply”. Hope u understand.

We are unable to provide you with an exact or estimated date, with regard to the approval to allow new international students to enter Malaysia or for the resumption of the VAL issuance process. The decision is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify institutions and students once we have an update.
