Correctio: the name is FAUZ MOH’D KHAMIS not “Khamia”

We are unable to retrieve any record under your passport number for the refund request. Kindly check with your institution if they submitted the refund request and the mode of submission.

EMGS officer, the origional passport I used to apply for refund was AB542021. But currently, I’m using new passport TAE185463.
And tha same, I sibmited to the university for the followup of the refund request. Still I dont know what is going on.

@fauz We completed the refund process on the 7th of January 2019. Kindly refer to your institution for your refund.
Dear EMGS officer, thanks for the reply. However, I contacted my isntitution (UUM) regarding the completion of refund request,as you said. They told me they have not received the transaction number/transfer number for the refund from EMGS, hence they can not trace. So please, help me to get this number or any evidence of transfer so that I can submit to the University.
